Building the Future Internet
Jussi Kangasharju(University of Helsinki, Finland)Efforts for building the future Internet are currently starting all over the world. They range from incremental, evolutionary approaches to radical, revolutionary clean-slate solutions for the future Internet. This talk will present an overview of some on-going projects, focusing on the Finnish Future Internet project due to start this year. We will detail some of the problems of the current Internet as well as challenges which the future Internet design and architecture must address.
