W-SD features

- include additional algorithms (GLPK, bonsaiG)

- fix slopes time in examples, remove words about comparing solvers in examples
- add links to the last slopes paper (in the manual: bibliography, in the popup window).
- add possibility to user's control the order of variables (future)
- add comment for the slopes and lp_solve solver ("it can solve NLDE systems...") in the 
popup window and in the Examples page
- more clear link to an demo/example of W-SD work in init page (Pentonen)
- add an info about used algorithms, like common approach, problem scope,
format of result, etc. (user manual, separated page, etc.)
- research a "different system time for one task" problem (future)
