Developing an information and analytical system for carrying out expertise involving geographically dispersed multi-language groups of experts

It’s expensive and difficult to organize some of contests and competitions in internet. Especialy ones with a numerous applications that required a multi-stage complicated expertise. We created a cloud service which allows to automize the collecting of applications and their examination in easy way. There’re some unique features: carrying out complicated expertises and managing the quality of expertises using data mining. The major advantage of this service: carrying out any contest on a turn-key basis, automatization of complicated contests without recruiting too many programmes and with lower budget. We talk about particular qualities of system architecture in such services and tell you about our expirience in supporting large student competitions.
